What you buy

A personalised papercraft of your pet, delivered as a printable PDF. We make it from the photos you upload, using automated design tools that include artificial intelligence. Every papercraft is an artistic, low-poly interpretation of your pet, so it will not be a photographic copy, and details such as markings and colours can differ a little from real life.

You print it yourself on A4 paper, then cut, fold and glue it. Paper, printing, scissors and glue are not included.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the order page and on the payment page before you pay, in euros. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay, with no extra fees. Payment is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

We start making your papercraft as soon as your payment is confirmed. It usually takes a few minutes. When it is ready you can download it on the order page, and we also send you an email with a download link. The link works for 30 days, so please save the PDF somewhere safe. If something goes wrong and we can't make it, we will contact you and either fix it or refund you in full.

Money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your papercraft, tell us within 30 days of your purchase by replying to your order email, and we will refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason or send anything back. Refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 days. This is more time than the 14 days the law gives you to change your mind.

Your photos

Please only upload photos that you took yourself or have permission to use. You let us use them only to make your papercraft. We don't use them for anything else, such as advertising, without asking you first. Photos and your PDF are deleted automatically 30 days after your order. See our privacy policy for details.

Using your papercraft

The PDF is for your personal, non-commercial use. You can print and build it as often as you like, and give the finished models as gifts. Please don't sell or share the PDF file itself.

Safety

Building a papercraft involves scissors or a craft knife and small paper parts. Children should build it with an adult. The finished model is a decoration, not a toy, and is not suitable for children under 3.

Our responsibility

We do our best to make every papercraft accurate and buildable. If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to the price you paid, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Complaints

If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will do our best to sort it out quickly. You can also use the electronic complaints book at livroreclamacoes.pt.

If we can't agree, you can turn to a consumer dispute resolution centre, such as CICAP, the consumer information and arbitration centre of Porto (cicap.pt). More information is available at consumidor.gov.pt.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you live in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your own country.
